funny, i was listening to this whole cd all weekend long and it continues to grow on me. Give it some time. I like the way they sound now. Simple, heavy, with still some cool riffs. somebody asked "where are the solos?". i didnt hear one at all and actually i am not too disapointed about that. K. H. is one of the best lead guitar players of our generation, but lets face it, I can only handle so many lightning fast scales for one afternoon. These songs work without them.

If this was the debut album from these guys, it would be heralded one of the better "new Metal" records in a long time.
